The scramble for "Renaissance" tickets is real. The BeyHive is clamoring so hard for a piece of the upcoming Beyoncé tour that Ticketmaster has said demand outweighs supply by more than 800%.

Those presale registration numbers are no surprise. This is Bey, after all. Not to mention the fact that the album is nominated for nine Grammys including record, song and album of the year, officially tying Beyoncé with her husband, Jay-Z, for the most nominations of all-time at 88, according to the Recording Academy.
The 65th annual Grammys Awards ceremony happens this Sunday, Feb. 5, and if she takes home at least four wins, Beyoncé will officially own the title of most Grammy wins in history. That's a reason to celebrate.
Sunday is also when I (and a batch of hopeful BeyHive concertgoers ) find out if we’ll receive the chance to jockey for first-come, first-served tickets. With soaring demand, I am holding out hope but also preparing myself to be put on a wait list — or outmaneuvered.
